Working process of kitchen waste disposal equipment for domestic food:

1. Load the landfill waste into the sorting equipment and store it in the waste dump area. Put the garbage into the feed hopper with a forklift or fork lift truck, and then transfer it to the balanced feeder through the plate feeder to preliminarily crush the packed garbage. The balance feeder transfers the waste evenly to the next step.  

2. Garbage enters the manual sorting platform, and large objects, such as large furniture, clothes, bottles, large pieces of glass, and a small number of construction waste, are selected manually. On the one hand, it has expanded the utilization rate of waste, and on the other hand, it has reduced the pile blocks in subsequent steps. After primary crushing, the next step of separation is carried out.

3. After completing the above steps, the waste entering the screening system is divided into two volumes. One is large objects such as plastic and shoes. Small objects enter vortex separator 1 to get metal and then synthesize fertilizer or nutrient soil.  

4. The screened oversized objects will be separated again by gravity (air separation equipment), and some lighter objects (mostly plastic) and other heavier objects will be obtained. Heavy objects enter vortex separator 2 to obtain metal and organic wastes, and lighter ones will be packed by a packer.
