1、 Features and Utilization Value of Kitchen Waste Disposal Machine

2、 Methods of recycling kitchen and toilet garbage

There are two main methods for recycling food waste: aerobic composting and anaerobic digestion. Aerobic composting process is to use extracellular enzymes secreted by aerobic microorganisms to decompose organic solids into soluble organics, penetrate into cells, and achieve the whole composting process through microbial metabolism. In addition, the same method was derived from aerobic composting. For example, earthworm composting is a new technology developed in recent years. It uses earthworms to swallow a large amount of food waste and mix it with soil, and converts organic matter into nutrients available to itself or other organisms through the mechanical grinding of sandbags and biochemical action in the intestines.

Anaerobic digestion treatment of food waste refers to the microbial degradation of organic waste under specific anaerobic conditions, in which carbon, hydrogen and oxygen are converted into methane and carbon dioxide, and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements are retained in the residue for the absorption and utilization of animals and plants


3、 Basic process of kitchen waste processor

1. The collected organic garbage is fed into the pretreatment collection hopper by 120L or 240L organic garbage collector.

2. After screening out plastic, iron, glass and other non organic wastes.

3. The water content in the fruit and vegetable garbage reaches about 50% of that before treatment through equipment crushing, pressing and other processes. After entering the fermentation bin, aerobic microorganisms are added.

4. Set operating parameters, after mixing and stirring, ferment and decompose under the condition of ventilation, heat preservation and oxygen supply, and the temperature rises to 100 ℃.

5. After sterilization, egg reduction, fermentation, deodorization and other processing procedures, the kitchen waste treatment equipment that produces about 10% organic fertilizer can operate automatically for 24 hours.

6. After continuous fermentation and decomposition treatment, 90% of fruit and vegetable wastes are discharged by water, carbon dioxide and bio thermal energy metabolism, and about 10% of organic fertilizer remains after fermentation and decomposition.


4、 Key Points of Temperature Control in Kitchen Waste Treatment Process
