5. The temperature control and pressure control of computer semi-automatic sterilizer are the same as those of computer full-automatic sterilizer, but the price is 1/3 of that of computer full-automatic sterilizer. Generally, electric semi-automatic sterilizing pan can be selected. Manual sterilization pot is difficult to sterilize. Temperature control and pressure control are manually completed. Food appearance is difficult to master, and can (bag) swelling and crushing rate are high.

(2) If the product is packaged with gas or the product appearance is relatively strict, the computer full-automatic or computer semi-automatic sterilization pan shall be selected.

(3) If the product is glass bottle or tinplate, because the heating and cooling speed can be controlled, the double sterilization pot should not be selected as far as possible.

(4) In consideration of energy conservation, a double-layer sterilization pot can be selected, which is characterized by the hot water tank in the upper tank and the treatment tank in the lower tank. The hot water in the upper tank can be reused, which can save a lot of steam and is suitable for food production enterprises with a daily output of more than 10 tons.

(5) If the output is small or there is no boiler, the electric steam dual-use sterilization pot can be considered. The principle is that the steam is generated by the electric heating of the lower tank and sterilized by the upper tank.

(6) If the viscosity of the product is very high and the product needs to rotate during sterilization, the rotating sterilization pan should be selected.
