The equipment does not need manual operation, and has achieved good operation results in automatic operation. 1、 Product model: ¢ ` 2000 × six thousand

The diameter of the electric heating curing tank is 2000mm, the length of the straight cylinder is 6000mm, and the material is Q345R. The design pressure is 0.85mpa, and the design temperature is 180 ℃.

1. Heating mode: Heating by electric heating tube: the special 304 stainless steel electric heating tube has fast heating and long service life. The heating wire is made of nickel chromium material, with thermal conductive and insulating oxide meter material built in. The nickel chromium heating wire is welded with the terminal block, and filled with thermal conductive and insulating oxide meter material. The power of the electric heating tube is 120 kW, which is separately controlled by three groups of switches. When the set temperature is reached, only one group of vulcanization insulation is retained. This design can effectively save power consumption and reduce vulcanization cost. The external wiring terminal of the electric heating tube is placed externally to avoid heating and ignition of the internal wiring point, which is safe and reliable. The heat is evenly diffused from front to back through the circulation of the fan in the tank, and the high-temperature air circulates back and forth at medium speed through the specially made air duct plate and the tank body in the tank. The temperature in the tank is even without dead angle. The product quality in the tank is different due to uneven temperature and pressure. Rapid temperature rise, uniform temperature and constant pressure in the curing tank. After the working program is set, the control system will automatically carry out temperature rise, heat preservation, vulcanization and other work, and an audible and visual alarm will sound after the vulcanization is completed.

2. Door opening mode: manual quick door opening mode. Turning the manual turntable can easily open or close the tank door. Only one person can easily complete all the operation steps. This design is an advanced door opening design method and concept in China at present. Special bearing and accessory materials are selected, which will not be deformed or damaged for a long time, safe and quick to use, simple to operate, efficient and worry free. Open and close the tank door normally in case of power failure.

3. Sealing method: the flange inflatable silicone seal ring of the tank door is automatically inflated and sealed by compressed air during operation. The air pressure in the tank pushes the seal ring out of the tank. As long as there is pressure in the tank, the tank door will not leak out, and the greater the pressure, the better the sealing. When opening the door, the pressure in the sealing groove will be released by venting, and the sealing ring will automatically return to the flange sealing groove. The inflatable seal design makes the sealing ring never wear, convenient and versatile, simple and convenient to maintain, and the sealing effect is significantly better than other methods. The service life of the sealing ring is more than 1 year.

4. Safety interlock mode: the safety interlock device is used to prevent unsafe accidents caused by opening the tank door by mistake when the equipment is under pressure or working under pressure. The potential safety hazards caused by workers' misoperation and other reasons have been completely solved. Two sets of safety interlock devices are designed at the tank door of the equipment. Details are as follows:

(1) Automatic pressure safety interlock: a set of automatic pressure interlock device is set at the top of the tank door. When the pressure in the tank reaches 0.01 mpa, the suspension interlock automatically floats up to lock the tank door. As long as there is pressure in the tank, the tank door cannot be opened to prevent the safety hazards caused by workers' misoperation.

(2) Manual safety interlock: only when the manual interlock valve is closed during operation can the tank be pressurized and heated; otherwise, the manually interlocked valve is connected to the outside of the tank, and no pressure can be formed in the tank. When opening the door, the manual interlock valve must be opened first, otherwise the tank door cannot be rotated and opened. It is ensured that the door of the curing tank can only be opened under the condition of no pressure. As long as there is pressure, the door can not be opened even if the workers misoperate, completely solving the potential safety hazard caused by workers' misoperation.

5. Temperature control mode: the intelligent digital temperature controller is used to collect the temperature data in the tank through the temperature transmitter and transmit it to the control box. The temperature in the tank is displayed on the panel of the control box in real time, which is convenient and intuitive. The curing temperature can be set freely according to the temperature required by the customer (the range is 1 ° C-999 ° C self-adjusting). The electric automatic control system is adopted. When in use, the electric heating tube is automatically turned on when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, and the electric heating tube is automatically turned off when the set temperature is reached (only one set of electric heating tubes is reserved for vulcanization and insulation), so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of the temperature in the curing tank.

(1) The curing tank is designed with two temperature measuring points: one digital thermometer and one temperature transmitter, which collect temperature data in the tank respectively. The temperature error in the tank shall be controlled within ± 1.

(2) The temperature value display is convenient and intuitive for operators to watch.

(3) According to the vulcanization process of different products, the temperature rise, heat preservation, vulcanization and other procedures are set in stages and time periods. The vulcanization process procedure can be set independently.

6. Pressure control mode:

(1) The pressure data in the curing tank is collected by the pressure sensor and transmitted to the control box. After the pressure program is set, the pressure in the curing tank is automatically controlled by the automatic valve (pneumatic angle seat valve). Automatic pressure supplement when the pressure is lower than the set pressure, and automatic pressure relief when the pressure is higher than the set pressure to keep the pressure in the tank within the set range.

(2) A set of bypass manual valve is designed for pressure control to facilitate manual operation.

(3) The pressure value display is convenient and intuitive. One set of disc pressure gauge is additionally set to facilitate the observation of operators.

(4) The tank body is designed with 2 sets of flange open safety valves, which will automatically open when the design pressure is reached.

(5) Designed with ultra-high pressure automatic alarm, safe and worry free.

7. Time control mode: after the working program is set, the temperature rise, heat preservation, vulcanization time and other automatic controls can be designed, and multiple sets of programs and temperature rise sections can be designed. Vulcanization constant temperature time automatic control, digital display (range of 1-999 minutes). According to different products, different specifications and different vulcanization processes, it is set by users independently, which is simple and convenient to operate, stable and reliable in performance.

8. Heat preservation method: the tank body is externally insulated by 1.5mm cold rolled plate, welded and fixed around the tank body, and 50mm glass wool is embedded. The front and rear heads are externally insulated. The head diameter is 2100 mm, and 50 mm glass wool is added in the middle. The thermal insulation head is equipped with fixing bolts to fix the glass wool. Ensure that the heat in the tank is not volatilized and wasted, make full use of the heat energy, reduce the use energy consumption and save the use cost. Good thermal insulation effect in the tank, beautiful and generous outside, no deformation after long time use, no reduction of thermal insulation effect, and easy transportation. The exterior paint is blue.

9. Loading mode: two rails in the tank, using national standard 11 # guide steel, with large bearing capacity.

2、 Features of this equipment:

1. Tank door design: domestic advanced manual quick opening design, fast, convenient and safe. One person can easily open and close the door manually, and the tank door will not fail to open due to power failure. The special bearing is wear-resistant and durable, with a service life of more than 10 years.

4. Good thermal insulation effect: 50mm glass wool is used outside the tank body, and steel plate is added for fixed support, so the heat is not volatile, not wasted and not deformed. It can save 20% energy than other insulation methods. The insulation effect will not be reduced within 10 years.
