1. The internal rotating body is processed and formed by the machining center once after welding and assembly, which ensures the concentricity between the axis and the rotating body during rotation.

2. Imported alloy mechanical seal is used to solve the problem of water vapor leakage during rotation.

3. The supporting wheel is made of tin bronze, stainless steel, synthetic steel and other materials, which extends its service life and solves the defect of bearing rotation.

Rollers are used for all guide rails, which are distributed on the left, right and lower parts, reducing the labor intensity of workers in the process of feeding and discharging materials, and eliminating the phenomenon that the material basket containing products moves back and forth in the process of rotation.
