HR Specialist

Job responsibilities:


1. According to the company's development needs and existing staffing, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of each department, prepare annual and quarterly recruitment plans and implement them;

2. Conduct resume screening, talent testing, interview, screening, employment and other work;  

3. Carry out the performance management and training management of the company;

4. Handling of employee entry, departure, transfer and transfer procedures;

5. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel files and signing labor contracts;

6. Employee personnel information management and employee file maintenance;  

7. Procurement of office supplies and employee benefits;

8. Organize and coordinate various meetings and activities of the company to ensure smooth progress;

9. The company's external reception work and other tasks assigned by the superior.


Job requirements:


1. 20-28 years old, college degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant work experience, human resources, administration or related majors are preferred;

2. Work conscientiously and responsibly, have good communication ability and execution ability;

3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, clear thinking and careful consideration of problems;

4. Being objective, rigorous and responsible, down-to-earth and dedicated, treating people fairly, with high team spirit;

5. Mandarin standard, able to use office software skillfully.
