1. Reductive steaming machine The reductive steaming machine is mainly composed of cloth feeding device, steaming chamber and cloth discharging device.

The cloth feeding device includes an edge absorber, a cloth feeding rack and a preheating chamber. During the steaming process, the air composition in the steamer shall be less than 0.4%. The evaporation chamber is a rectangular box made of cast iron, wrapped with asbestos insulation material, with observation holes on both sides, and a small door for workers to enter to handle faults and do cleaning work. The chamber roof and front and rear walls are provided with interlayer through which steam can be injected to prevent the dripping of condensed water. Below the evaporation chamber is a water tank, which is equipped with an indirect steam pipe to heat and insulate the water, and a direct steam pipe is installed to spray the water into the water to make the water boil and evaporate steam to supply the humidity of the evaporation chamber.

2. High temperature bottomless steamer The steamer is characterized by bottomless steamer. The steaming temperature is about 100 ℃, the superheated steam temperature can reach 180 ℃, and the steam pressure is 8kg/cm2 (784Pa), which is suitable for the steaming of chemical fiber fabrics. There are waste wet steam suction equipment on both sides of the lower part of the box, and there is no air or water drop in the steamer box. Due to the rotation of the guide roller, the fabric tension free terrain long ring is suspended in the steamer. The bottomless steamer is composed of a pinch top and a pinch wall welded by a multi-faceted flat plate. Saturated steam is generated from the heated pinch wall and injected from top to bottom from the false corner. Excess steam is discharged together with waste wet steam from the suction pipes on both sides of the bottom.
