4. Main features of the product

The supports of all moving components supported by the machine are connected by longitudinal and transverse steel beams with bolts, and the structure is simple. All parts of the machine are easy to adjust, maintain and disassemble.

There are steam chambers and water collecting pipes in the humidification box of the machine, which respectively serve as heat preservation and water collection.

The main drive motor of the machine drives the drying cylinder to rotate through the drive gear. In addition to drying the fabric, the six drying cylinders also serve as guides and also as collectors of grey fabric.

The four hard brushes of the machine reciprocate and stagger each other, increasing the effect of removing cotton impurities on the cloth surface; Each hard brush can be adjusted with a screw to ensure a balanced pressure distribution on the cloth surface; The surface of the cloth supporting roller is covered with spiral prickles, and the prickles rotate from left to right in order to avoid cloth escaping.

This machine has 4 soft brushes, each of which is equipped with 24~28 small square brushes. The rotation direction between the bars is opposite, and the track tightness can be individually adjusted on each belt. The soft brush will remove the cotton impurities removed by the hard brush from the cloth surface.

This machine has a round brush before the cloth is delivered to remove the cotton impurities from the dried grey cloth base plate
