Equipment features:

This equipment is a new product developed on the basis of double-layer water bath sterilization pot. Its advantages are that the output of double-layer sterilization pot is doubled, energy is saved, and the user can greatly reduce the investment cost of the equipment.

1. High temperature short time sterilization

The double tank hot water circulation is used for sterilization, and the water in the sterilization tank is heated to the temperature required for sterilization in advance, thus shortening the sterilization time and improving the work efficiency.

2. Save energy and increase output

The working medium used in the sterilization process can be recycled, saving energy, time, manpower and material resources, and reducing production costs. During sterilization, the two tanks are used alternately as sterilization tanks, and the output is increased at the same time.

3. Uniform water flow exchange mode, uniform temperature, no dead angle

Using international advanced technology, hot water circulation and immersion sterilization, during sterilization, the circulating water in the sterilization tank is continuously switched from top to bottom, left to right, ensuring uniform heat distribution at any point in the sterilization tank from temperature rise, insulation to temperature drop, effectively eliminating the dead corner phenomenon in the sterilization process, and making the product's shelf life more stable and long. 4. Full automatic control system

The whole sterilization process is controlled by computer PLC, which is completed at one time without manual operation. The chart plate is used and the screen is used for touch control. All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can switch from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally, and various pressure and temperature modes applicable to any product can be programmed in advance and input into the computer. 100 sterilization formulas can be stored in the computer for selection.

5. Simulated temperature control system, multi-stage heating mechanism can be set

According to the requirements of different foods for sterilization conditions, different heating and cooling procedures can be set at any time. The multi-stage heating sterilization method can be used to limit the heat borne by the food to Z, so that its color, fragrance and taste can be perfectly preserved, so that each food can be conditioned and sterilized in a better state. The sterilization temperature is accurate to ± 0.3 ℃, which can avoid excessive cooking or incomplete sterilization of the product.
