Step 1: Warm up the fuselage. Unique preheating system. During yarn steaming, water spots on the yarn are common problems. Water spots can cause dyeing and other problems in the next process. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to steam and preheat the yarn, especially wool yarn.

Step 2: vacuumize. Reduce the boiling point of water to produce the required low-temperature saturated steam.

Step 3: Heating. The low temperature saturated steam is allowed to penetrate into the cone tube yarn. Each production process (spinning, twisting, weaving...) will cause tension effect of yarn and fiber, and the effect of tension will cause entanglement of yarn. The stress relaxation of the molecular structure in the artificial fiber makes the fiber shrink. Tension and entanglement will cause problems in the next process.

The research shows that the following types of yarns must be used for relaxation and setting: cotton yarn, wool yarn, polyester cotton blended yarn, polyester yarn, core spun yarn (spandex), sewing thread, artificial fiber, acrylic tow, mesh knitted fabric (crimp fiber). Each raw material needs a specific processing technology to achieve the desired effect. The temperature range is from 40 ℃ to 140 ℃. Saturated steam is an ideal heat setting medium. It is easy to penetrate into the yarn barrel and release energy during condensation.

In the process of yarn production, the moisture of the fiber is constantly volatilized, and the accumulated humidity of the raw material to the package yarn is reduced by more than 4%. Different spinning mills have different yarn humidity indexes, and increasing the speed of the machine will cause great weight (moisture) loss; The high temperature and friction inside the machine will evaporate the moisture in the yarn and reduce the quality of the yarn, which is not conducive to the subsequent processing process.

Step 6: secondary heating and insulation. Ensure compensation for yarn weight loss and improve yarn quality. Proper packaging of yarn during transportation, such as: drum yarn bags or yarn reel tension sealed winding packaging, can keep the yarn moisture. In addition, knitting and weaving can also benefit from the humidification treatment before yarn use. The research on weaving supply and demand shows that the yarn after humidification treatment is better than that without humidification treatment (dry yarn). When the yarn after humidification treatment is used for weft weaving, the number of stops of the loom will be greatly reduced, the strength and elongation at break of the yarn will be improved, the hairiness will be reduced, and the weaving efficiency will be increased by 2%. In knitting, the number of flying flowers can be significantly reduced. In the trade, the buyer will never accept the extra price, and the increase of yarn weight means the increase of profit. Generally, the investment return period of yarn humidification equipment is less than one year, while the investment return period of cotton yarn humidification equipment is even less than half a year.
